To edit any information you have input, simply Login on the Seller Login, in the upper right corner of the home page, enter your username and password, then select your agent and/or listing information to edit.

A few things to remember while entering/editing your agent profile or listing information:
Your Username & Password are case sensitive - type them exactly how your originally entered them.
All bold items are required (photos are not required but a very good idea).
Photos and logos must be in jpeg format and under 500KB in size.
When editing information be sure to always click the “SAVE CHANGES” Button at the bottom of the page to submit your changes.
 
Information can be edited at anytime.
Changes photos as needed.
Property and Video Links can be added to any listing. Simply add the URL of a more detailed description of your listing (i.e. an IDX page or personal listing webpage) or Video link in the listing input form.

To get started simply go to List My Property and select the type of listing you want to purchase - either a Property Owner Listing Package or Real Estate Agent/Multi Listing Package. Once you've selected an option click on the click to continue button. You will be asked to select the state of the property where your property is to be listed to be featured and click the continue button. This will open up the listing package menu page for you to select the best package for you anywhere from $149 to $199.99. Click select on the preferred package and any valid promo-code, then click the continue button. As a new member - enter a username, password and other pertinent information. After you have successfully registered as a user you can complete your order.
After you enter your initial information you will have a chance to preview it before entering your Pay Pal or credit card information. If you would rather not use a Pay Pal credit card please contact us and we can arrange other payment options for you.

Your single listing includes 10 to up to 20 photos with about 1,000 words of text depending on your package. For maximum exposure be sure to include the link of your listing page on ALL OF YOUR OUT GOING EMAILS, SOCIAL MEDIA PAGES, AND SHARE YOUR LISTING BY CLICKING THE SHARE LINKS ON THE BOTTOM RIGHT OF YOUR PAGE. While we continually promote all of our listings, please let us know if you’ve recently revised the asking price of your property to immediately notify our follows.  

2. Real Estate Agent/Multi-Listing Package- $199.99 per year
This option includes: (5) water-related listings including up to (10) photos per listing, the ability to add and edit information any time with your private password, plus your listings and business also randomly appear on our passion pages and social media pages.
